How We Price

Pricing

Every project gets a fixed quote after a free discovery call — no published tier grid, because no two projects are the same size. Here's what that quote is based on.

What does it cost?

Most projects run €600–€5,400, depending on scope. A simple site or one task automated for you — nothing to log into but your own account — sits at the low end. A system with a few connected parts, some automation, and a dashboard to see it all in one place sits in the middle. Anything with multiple logins — staff, clients, an admin view — is scoped individually and usually runs higher. You'll always get a fixed price before any work starts, not an hourly estimate that can run over.

Payment is split into 3 milestones, so you're never paying for work you haven't seen: one third at kickoff once the scope is agreed, one third at the build check-in once the core of it is working, and the final third at launch.

Ongoing hosting & maintenance typically runs €55–€75/month once live, depending on what the project needs — confirmed at quote time, never a surprise after launch.

Bugs found within 30 days of launch are fixed free. After that, new features and fixes are scoped individually or billed hourly. The monthly hosting fee also covers up to 30 minutes of small content edits, with critical issues (site down) addressed within 24 hours and everything else within 3 business days.
